When you upload your images, we automatically check the quality of your file. That's why the formats we propose may vary from one image to another, to ensure optimum quality. If our system doesn't offer you the print size you want, it may be that your image resolution isn't sufficient or that your image isn't the same proportion as the print you want.

What type of files should you use?
The most common formats are .jpeg/.jpg. We also accept several other formats including: .tif, .bmp, .png, .eps, .pdf. You can use the color space of your choice, ideally RGB or CMYK. The best profiles are Adobe RGB, ProPhoto or sRGB. If you're not sure which profile to use, don't worry, we'll make sure we use the best profile for your image.
Once the order has been placed, production times can vary from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the time of year.
At the end of the online ordering process, you can choose between two delivery options: home delivery service, or in-store pick-up.
