What image format can I send?
For your images we prefer .jpeg or .tiff formats, but we also accept several other formats. To find out more, click here, click here.
How can I send you my file?
You can transfer your file via online ordering tool (store)the server FTPby WeTransfersend us an e-mail at info@kedl.comor visit a store.
What are the production lead times?
For regular printing, digitizing, or reproduction, it usually takes between 5 and 7 days of production. In case of emergency, our printing time may be shorter depending on the production workload. Please contact us for more details. (418-529-0621) For slightly more complex or bulky jobs, we will contact you to keep you informed of the progress of the production.
How can I pick up my order?
When your order is complete, we will contact you to inform you. From that moment on, two options are available to you:
- You can come into the store at any time during our opening hours, and we'll hold your order for you.
- You can call on our delivery service, which will arrive directly at your door. Take contact us to find out about transport times and costs.
What guarantees a faithful impression?
Our machines are regularly calibrated and used every day. We use high-quality inks and papers to achieve the best possible results. We also know that, due to various factors, the image on paper may appear different from the one on the screen. Click here to find out more.
What should be the minimum resolution of my file?
For optimum resolution, the file should be at least 150 dpi in the desired format. If your file is less than 150 dpi, please contact us to see what we can do with it. To find out more, click here, click here.
